Nicky has been part of the Client Services team with Monmouthshire Independent Financial Advisers since September 2005. Nicky started with the Monmouthshire Building Society Group in December 1998 as a receptionist. After a couple of years on reception she joined the Customer Service Department dealing with investment and mortgage queries. Nicky also provide cover for the holiday period in the Banking Hall and for Monmouthshire Independent Financial Advisers which led to her current position. She has been studying for and passed her Certificate in Financial Planning 1 and 3, and is currently studying for CF2.
Nicky has also taken on the role of managing the Client Services team whilst Amanda is on maternity leave.
Nicky previously worked for a Solicitors practice as a P.A.
