Sales Manager
Gareth has spent over 30 years in Financial Services. After setting up the Newport and Chepstow branches of the C&G Building Society, he worked for many years for a major Financial Services group where he held a variety of regional and senior management positions. These include the management of a large national field force and a Head Office based training and development function where he was responsible for the development of 400 people.
In addition to the full Financial planning Certificate, Gareth holds the CII diploma in Financial Planning, as a result of success in subjects including Personal taxation, taxation and legal aspects of businesses, pension funding, investment and risk and supervision in a regulated environment. He is a fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.
Gareth is a former Wales, Barbarians and British Lion rugby player. He is also a former captain and coach to Newport RFC.
