I am very pleased to be part of Monmouthshire Independent Financial Advisers Client Services department, where I am training to become a Paraplanner.

 

I have worked with Legal & General as an Annuity Analyst and Financial Ombudsman Service dedicated department in order to handle complaints queries, Assistant Manager within ON CLINIC in BucharestRomania, Guest Relations Manager in Grida Village Resort – AntalyaTurkey.

 

I have the ability to speak several languages and my strongest skill is Customer Experience – NVQ Qualification in Customer Service Level 2 and 3, Certificate in Financial Planning – CF1 (UK Financial Services Regulations and Ethics), CF2 (Investments & Risks) and CF3 (Protection).
